Custom 404 served again
Because broken links were leaving the project namespace, GitLab Pages was serving its generic 404. With links scoped correctly, the custom not-found view is reachable.

Fixed

Fixed landing-page feature cards and pillar tiles using raw <a> tags for internal navigation, which dropped the static-site basePath and sent users outside the project namespace, causing 404s and the hosting provider's generic 404 page instead of the custom not-found view.
